About The Position

ComForCare Home Care – Central DuPage is seeking a bilingual, dependable, and compassionate Caregiver, CNA, or HHA to provide personalized in-home care for a client in Bartlett, IL. A Hindi-speaking bilingual caregiver is preferred for this opportunity. Strong communication and the ability to provide culturally sensitive, respectful care are important in creating a comfortable experience for the client and family. If you're looking for a consistent Monday–Friday daytime schedule and enjoy providing one-on-one senior care, this may be a great opportunity for you.

Requirements

• Experience as a CNA – Certified Nursing Assistant
• Experience as a Caregiver
• Experience as a HHA – Home Health Aide
• Experience as a Personal Care Assistant
• Experience as a Private Duty Caregiver
• Experience as a Home Care Aide
• Bilingual in Hindi and English preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful
• Dependable and punctual
• Experienced in senior care, home care, or personal care
• Comfortable assisting with ADLs
• Able to work independently in a client's home
• Strong communicators
• Professional and attentive to client needs
• Able to follow care plans and communicate changes appropriately

Nice To Haves

• Hindi-speaking bilingual caregiver is preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to provide culturally sensitive, respectful care
• Professional caregiving experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Providing personal care and hygiene assistance
• Supporting bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Assisting with mobility and safe transfers
• Providing meal preparation and assistance
• Offering companionship and meaningful conversation
• Providing medication reminders according to the care plan
• Assisting with daily routines and activities
• Performing light housekeeping related to client care
• Following the client's individualized care plan
• Observing and reporting changes in the client's condition
• Communicating with family members and the care team
• Maintaining the client's dignity, privacy, and comfort
