Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• Medical Terminology
• Computer Skills (Microsoft Office)
• Ability to multi-task
• Customer Service Skills
• High level attention to detail and accuracy

Responsibilities

• Requesting records from necessary sources and locations for upcoming patient visits.
• Working closely with team members to make sure that all records are obtained for visits at all our locations.
• Working with internal clinical staff members for any special requests and short notice add-on appointments.
• Scanning and indexing protected health information into our EHR system.
• Abiding by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) state and federal regulations.
