About The Position
The HIM Manager is responsible for assisting the Director of HIM in the management and maintenance of all patient medical records information, ensuring compliance with all state and federal laws, rules/regulations of licensing agencies within TJC standards for the quality of patient care and overall management of the department.
Requirements
- Associates Degree in information management/medical records required.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in information management required
Nice To Haves
- RHIA, RHIT, CCS, or CPC-H preferred
Responsibilities
