About The Position

NHC Lewisburg is seeking a Full Time Health Information Management (HIM) Director with RHIT certification. This role involves maintaining the recordkeeping policies and procedures of the center under the guidance of the Health Information Regional. The ideal candidate will have prior ICD-10 CM Coding experience and a passion for senior care, embodying NHC's values of honesty and integrity.

Requirements

• Health Information Technician
• Required Certification as a Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT), CCA, or CCS
• Active member of the American health Information Management Association (AHIMA).
• Evidence of maintaining continuing education (CE) requirements of the American Health Information Management Association.
• Must have prior ICD-10 CM Coding experience

Nice To Haves

• RHIT certification
• Prior ICD-10 CM Coding experience
• Prior Skilled Nursing Facility experience under PDPM
• MDS completion experience
