Design and develop Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing environments for microgrid and Distributed Energy Resource (DER) control platforms using RTDS Integrate and validate embedded control systems with simulated power networks utilizing advanced HIL technologies Collaborate effectively with software, hardware, and systems engineering teams to ensure accurate emulation of real-world operational conditions Develop comprehensive test plans, configure HIL test benches, and implement automated testing procedures Analyze test results, identify anomalies, and support root cause analysis and resolution initiatives Thoroughly document processes, configurations, and outcomes to ensure full traceability and compliance with regulatory standards Contribute to the ongoing improvement of HIL testing methodologies and supporting infrastructure Maintain robust and consistent HIL test coverage across all critical control functions Facilitate early identification and resolution of integration issues prior to field deployment Uphold stringent documentation standards to ensure complete traceability of all testing activities Foster strong collaboration between engineering and quality assurance teams We are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for all job applicants and employees.
