This position is also subject to federal testing regulations (49 CFR Part 40 and 49 CFR Part 382) which prohibit marijuana use, including medical marijuana. Selected applicants are required to register as a driver in the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse.
