AZ Highway Driver
About The Position
All Ontario Recycling (AOR) is seeking an AZ Highway Driver for a regional Monday-Friday sleeper (bunk) position. Drivers will stay in their dedicated trucks during the week and return home on weekends. This role involves operating Class AZ tractor-trailer equipment for long-haul routes within Ontario, performing safe and timely pickup and delivery of freight. Responsibilities include conducting thorough inspections, maintaining accurate e-logs, adhering to MTO/DOT regulations, communicating with dispatch and customers, and ensuring cargo is secured according to safety and company standards. Drivers typically reside within 100km of Port Sydney, Muskoka, which serves as the pickup and drop-off point for their trucks.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of AZ experience.
- Valid AZ License.
- Clean CVOR & Abstract.
Nice To Haves
- Operation of manual or automatic transmission is an asset.
- Heavy Haul experience preferred (140,000 lbs.).
Responsibilities
- Operate Class AZ tractor‑trailer equipment for long‑haul routes.

- Conduct thorough pre‑trip, en‑route, and post‑trip inspections.
- Maintain accurate e‑logs and adhere to all MTO/DOT regulations.
