About The Position
The Percy Hedley Foundation is seeking to appoint a Higher Level SSA to their Hillcrest department at Northern Counties School, specifically for the Early Years setting. This role is primarily classroom-based, involving working as part of a team, planning, and leading sessions under the direction of the Class Teacher or Therapist. The successful candidate will also assist in the running of the department, coach SSAs, and guide new staff through their induction. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate a team and maximize learning opportunities for students.

Responsibilities
