About The Position

This role leads the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for high-volume production and machine operator roles in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will attract, recruit, screen, and interview candidates while partnering closely with business leaders to meet aggressive hiring targets for a new facility ramp-up. Success in this position relies on your ability to manage a large requisition load, drive inclusive hiring practices, and deliver strong results on key performance indicators such as fill ratio and time to fill.

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience managing end-to-end high-volume hourly recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Proven experience recruiting in manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments.
  • Demonstrated success leading full cycle recruiting and talent acquisition processes in a fast-paced setting.
  • Track record of driving effective inclusion and diversity strategies throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
  • Experience building strong partnerships with business leaders and HR partners to understand and support hiring needs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team while meeting aggressive recruitment targets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and stay on task across multiple concurrent requisitions.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple roles and recruitment initiatives in parallel.
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools for reporting, communication, and documentation.
  • Ability to engage confidently with people leaders and candidates at various levels.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for candidate interactions and stakeholder management.

  • Experience specifically recruiting for machine operators and other production floor roles.
  • Knowledge of web-based applicant tracking systems such as Workday.
  • Experience supporting local and regional recruitment projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for hourly production and machine operator roles, from initial requisition intake through offer acceptance.
  • Attract, source, and engage a high volume of candidates using multiple channels to support large-scale hiring needs for a new manufacturing facility.
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and assess candidate fit for production and warehouse environments.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple open roles simultaneously in a fast-paced and complex recruitment environment.
  • Drive and implement inclusion and diversity strategies across the entire recruiting process to ensure fair and equitable hiring practices.
  • Build strong partnerships with people leaders and HR partners to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support recruitment-related employer branding initiatives and promote the organization as an employer of choice.
  • Monitor and manage key recruitment KPIs, including fill ratio and time to fill, and take proactive actions to improve performance.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies to manage candidate pipelines, maintain accurate records, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Support local and regional recruitment projects and initiatives as needed, contributing expertise and best practices in high-volume hiring.
  • Communicate regularly with candidates and hiring managers to provide updates, set expectations, and ensure a positive and transparent recruitment process.
  • Work both independently and as part of a team to meet recruitment targets and support broader talent acquisition goals.
