The HVS Program Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day execution and coordination of High Value Space (HVS). This role owns the operational workflow that turns merchant space requests into approved maps, finalized files, article listings, and clear execution direction for clubs. The Specialist works across multiple overlapping seasonal timelines, managing inputs from Merchants, Space Planning, and cross-functional partners to ensure all HVS sets are accurately mapped, approved, listed, and communicated ahead of in-club set dates. Success in this role requires strong process discipline, file management, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage several workstreams simultaneously and hit immovable deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage map versioning and prepare files for leadership and merchant review, incorporating feedback through final sign-off.
• Compile and organize High Value Space and End Cap submissions, ensuring all required details are complete prior to review and approval.
• Lead HVS meetings with division captains to gain insight into divisional strategies and offer support where needed to ensure cohesive execution of the company vision
• Create and distribute HVS and End Cap execution files once space is approved; track all changes through final sign-off.
• Curate the Power Picks list in partnership with leadership and Merchants to secure high-impact placements for this priority initiative.
• Manage article listings for High Value Space and End Caps, ensuring correct items are listed for each club set and aligned to seasonal timing.
• Validate that article setups align with approved maps, assortments, and display set dates.
• Resolve listing issues by partnering with merchants, master data, and other cross-functional teams as needed.
