High Ticket Phone Sales 🚀 Chandler, AZ | In-Office Ready to turn your phone sales experience into serious income? This is where skilled closers level up. At Guardian Tax, you’ll step into a high-intent, inbound sales environment where every call is an opportunity—and your results directly drive your paycheck. 💰 What You Can Earn This is a performance-driven role with real upside. You’ll work 100% inbound, pre-qualified leads—no cold calling—and earn 15% commission on all revenue you generate. On top of that, there are daily, weekly, and monthly bonus opportunities that reward consistency and results. Average reps earn between $7,000–$13,000 per month, while top performers are pushing $15,000–$24,000+. 📞 What You’ll Be Doing You’ll connect with motivated clients actively looking for solutions to their IRS and tax debt issues—no cold calling, no chasing leads. Your day-to-day includes leading consultative, high-value conversations, understanding each client’s financial situation, and presenting tailored solutions that actually make sense for them. From the first call to the final close, you’re guiding the process with confidence and control. This is real selling with real intent—every conversation matters. 📈 Growth & Development You won’t be thrown in and left to figure it out. You’ll get paid training from day one, plus ongoing coaching designed to sharpen your skills and increase your close rate.
