Requirements
- Patent litigation experience with a background in electrical/computer engineering, mechanical engineering, physics or similar field.
- District court litigation experience.
- Practice experience before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board is recommended.
- Superior academic credentials.
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills.
- Patent Bar Admitted.
