About The Position

PAC is looking for talented Machine Operators to join our manufacturing plant. This role is essential to maintaining smooth production operations. You will learn to operate and maintain manufacturing machinery to fulfill work orders of high-quality packaging products for PAC customers. This position is not a forklift position. The starting pay is $20.75/hour and up for highly qualified candidates based on experience, skills, and machine proficiency. At least 6 months of manufacturing work history desired
Capable of lifting 50 lbs. from floor to waist on a regular basis

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain manufacturing machinery to fulfill work orders of high-quality packaging products.
Read and interpret work order requirements.
Load and changeover machinery.
Keep machines running smoothly.
Communicate any problems that arise to supervisors in a timely manner.
Make adjustments or changes as necessary to maintain production at the highest level, with the support of Production, Warehouse, and Maintenance teammates.
