As a High School Talent Program Supervisor within PNC's Human Resources organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. The PartnerUp program is a business-led collaborative designed to connect career-focused high school seniors with employers offering post-graduation career opportunities. PartnerUp brings together employers and educators to provide structured guidance, real-world exposure, and ongoing support for students who are interested in entering the workforce directly after high school. The Talent Program Supervisor will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive and engaging curriculum within high school settings. This curriculum will cover topics such as: -Building a strong career foundation -Crafting a personal strengths narrative and developing an effective elevator pitch -Professionalism and personal career branding -Identifying and leveraging key power skills -Resume fundamentals and review -Interview preparation and skill-building workshops -Mock interviews and interview day readiness This role may also include occasional travel to schools and other markets. Requirements

  • Experience working in secondary education and/or vocational or career coaching
  • Experience in project management and/or event logistics coordination
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships with education partners to support their engagement in the PartnerUp program
  • Typically 5+ years of related experience, and at least 2 years of previous supervisory experience is required.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Recruits, supervises and delivers market-specific early career talent onboarding programs.
  • Partners with team members to organize, plan, and execute key program events.
  • Supports program objectives to attract, hire, and develop early career talent within the markets we serve.
  • Leads in the development of recruiting strategies and counsels hiring managers on practices that support the goals and direction of the organization and talent program.
  • Develops and delivers a variety of program curriculum to live audiences both in-person and virtually.
  • Reviews program curriculum in relation to organizational needs, learner's backgrounds and course objectives to ensure the consistency of quality and accuracy of content.
  • Ensures a variety of learning styles can be met by selecting appropriate methods and media for instructional delivery.
  • Monitors participant progress and instructional program effectiveness; establishes and maintains a learning environment to actively and freely promote learner engagement and participation.
  • Responsible for metrics and analytics regarding market-specific program activities, partnerships, and candidates.
  • Identifies, develops, manages, and influences relationships with internal and external partners, including education and employment partnerships.
  • Independently influences and manages senior stakeholder relationships, proactively solve problems with limited management oversight.
