Requirements

Minimum age requirement: Must be at least 16 years old.
Reliability: Maintain acceptable attendance while balancing school and work commitments.
Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Customer service mindset: Ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Assisting technicians with equipment repair and maintenance.
Supporting the parts department and showroom.
Facility, yard, and equipment upkeep.
Learning from experienced professionals through training, team meetings, and real-world work experiences.
Working safely, serving customers, and contributing to a great team.
