Additionally, the principal ensures students have access to activities supporting their growth and wellness services, evaluates staff for professional development and leadership, and manages recruitment, hiring, and disciplinary actions. A key aspect of the role is fostering a culture of collaboration, trust, learning, and high expectations, while efficiently managing organizational operations and resources to meet district and school goals. The principal must also ensure student conduct and safety, adhering to all federal, state, and district policies, as well as crisis and behavior plans.
