About The Position
Assist teacher in planning, supervision, curriculum development, classroom arrangement, organization and maintenance of students. Provide instructional support and learning enrichment, using developmentally appropriate practices and materials; monitor child safety.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Calm and patient demeanor with students
- Must have obtained a passing score (as determined by the Arkansas Department of Education) from ETS ParaPro Assessment (administered at district after employment)
- Pass criminal background check
- Pass Arkansas Child Maltreatment Registry check
