Flexibility in assignment, which may include supporting specialized programs and/or supporting students with IEPs in general education classrooms, special education classrooms, and in the community (which includes but is not limited to: at vocational sites and on college campuses- to support students with working on independent living skills, vocational skills, recreation/leisure skills, and social skills). Highly effective oral and written communication skills.
