The teacher will also manage classrooms, hold students accountable, and guide them in owning their behavior and developing success plans through mentoring and tutoring. Additionally, the position includes monitoring students in school suspension, facilitating educational continuity by communicating with teachers for assignments, and providing one-on-one counseling on conflict resolution and relationship restoration. Building positive relationships with students, fostering community, and performing other assigned duties are also key aspects of this role.
