Requirements
- At least one year of experience coaching high school or middle school Volleyball
- Willingness to commit to the season's schedule, which includes after-school practices, games, and travel
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, especially during the competition season
- Effective coaching techniques and skills
- Strong understanding of volleyball rules, strategies, and techniques
- Ability to teach fundamental skills to players of varying levels
- Experience in-game strategy, player development, and team management
- Ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes
- Strong record-keeping skills
Responsibilities
- Engaging student athletes in activities that strengthen relationships
- Increasing the students knowledge and understanding of a sport
- Providing a mentorship and coaching environment for students
- Plan and organize practices, games, and tournaments
- Manage schedules, travel arrangements, and other logistics
- Track player progress, attendance, and other team related tasks
- Manage the team dynamics and handle conflicts within the team
