About The Position

In-person tutors will deliver focused, small-group and individualized Geometry instruction through structured, face-to-face sessions. Tutors will work Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:15 AM to 1:00 PM, with an emphasis on reinforcing core Geometry concepts, supporting classroom learning, and addressing specific student learning gaps.

Requirements

• Passion for Learning: Committed to supporting academic and personal success, especially for underserved students.
• Strong Academics: Degree-seeking student or graduate with a minimum 3.0 GPA in Education or a relevant field.
• Committed and Flexible: Available to work 10-35 hours per week at an assigned school and participate in monthly training.
• Collaborative Spirit: Ready to work closely with teachers, school leaders, and fellow tutors to maximize student success.
