About The Position
Lipscomb Academy is seeking a qualified and motivated Defensive Assistant Coaches to support its high school football program. Together, these positions will comprise the defensive coaching staff. Duties and responsibilities include: Focus on development of various positions such as line backers, defensive line, and secondary. Plan and implement position-specific drills, techniques, and game preparation for defensive positions. Demonstrate professionalism at all times, upholding the highest standards of ethical and moral conduct while fostering strong, positive relationships with players, coaches, parents, and the broader community. Cultivate a Christ-centered team environment rooted in service, aligned with the mission and values of Lipscomb Academy.
