About The Position
This position is for a .8 FTE Teacher for School Year 2026-2027, to teach Fitness & Health at Wellesley High School. Primary responsibilities will include: teaching 10th Grade Health classes, teaching 9th, 11th and 12th Grade Fitness & elective classes, and being a contributing and productive member of the High School Fitness & Health faculty and staff.
Requirements
- Massachusetts Teacher Certifications in one or more of these areas: Physical Education, Health Education
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of Health topics and subject matter
- Knowledge in Fitness Center training concepts
- Experience teaching in the areas of Physical Education, Health Education, Exercise Science, or Human Physiology
