The program includes approximately seven weeks of prep classes provided by an Adult Education Center, followed by the GED test. Cook pays for hours worked, attended class time, and GED testing. Participants who pass the GED test and demonstrate success in their part-time role will be offered a full-time position in Production, Quality Control, or Packaging. While working part time, participants receive 401(k) and quarterly bonus benefits. The program starts January 18, 2027.
