About The Position
BridgePrep Academy Doral is seeking a dedicated High School English Language Arts (ELA) Teacher to deliver rigorous, standards-aligned instruction. Partner with SMART Management in our mission to provide a student-centered academic experience enriched by technology and Spanish language integration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Education, or a related field.
- Valid or eligible Florida Teaching Certificate in English (Grades 6–12).
- Level 2 Florida Care Provider Background Screening required.

- Prior secondary teaching experience
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, secondary ELA lessons focused on literature analysis, writing, rhetoric, and state standards mastery.
- Maintain a structured, respectful classroom environment.
- Differentiate instruction for ESE, 504, and ELL scholars through required accommodations.
- Participate in weekly coaching and PD.
- Submit lesson plans and student data on time.
- Maintain regular family communication.
