About The Position

BelovED Community Charter School is looking for a skilled and dedicated Special Education ELA teacher to join our team. We are looking for someone who will help to build academic communities in our classrooms characterized by a willingness to take intellectual risks and engage in exploration. Requirements

Candidates should either hold a New Jersey Department of Education CE, Limited CE, CEAS or Standard Certificate in Special Education (TOH or TOSD.)

Teachers will be required to attend professional development sessions, to participate actively in planning meetings, and to become part of a professional learning community where they can lend assistance to, and gain assistance from, their grade-level peers.
Teachers must work collaboratively with the school’s special education and ELL staff to implement the school’s special education and ELL programs and to comply with all state and federal regulations.
