Provide comprehensive school counseling services that support students’ academic achievement, career development, and social-emotional growth. Conduct individual and group counseling sessions, assess student needs, develop and implement intervention plans, collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families, respond to crisis situations, and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school policies and professional standards. Participate in school-wide initiatives, professional development, and student support meetings. The position requires the ability to remain emotionally stable, exercise sound judgment, and maintain professional composure in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple responsibilities and responding appropriately to student needs and unexpected situations.
