About The Position

Rexel USA is seeking a High School Co-op to join its Rexel team in Weymouth, Massachusetts. This position is designed for a high school senior to learn and apply skills from the classroom through supervised on-the-job training. The role supports purchasing and product information processes and includes assisting with assigned projects and other duties as needed.

Requirements

Be enrolled in a work-study program.
Currently attend Diman Regional Vocational Technical High School.
Be reliable and prompt, and willing to listen and learn.
Have good communication and presentation skills.
Be organized and efficient.
Have knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

Less than high school education is listed as preferred.

Responsibilities

Expedite and update purchase orders using an ERP system.
Check and respond to email.
Accumulate, prepare, and distribute product specification sheets.
Assist in maintaining product database integrity.
Assist with projects as assigned.
Perform other duties as assigned.
