About The Position
The Laurel School District is seeking a High School Assistant Wrestling Coach. This is a stipend position with a salary of $4,368.00. All coaches must be certified under the MHSA Coaching Education Program. Failure to obtain and maintain this certification will result in non-renewal of the contract. Prior to the first day of employment, candidates must complete fingerprinting, background checks, and other district requirements.
Requirements
- MHSA Coaching Education Program certification.
- Complete fingerprinting and background checks.
- Complete application including all questions answered and job history.
- Provide at least two references, one of which must be from a supervisor.
- Resume.
- Cover letter.
- Copy of unofficial transcript(s).
- Verification of military service if applying for veteran's preference.
Responsibilities
- Coach wrestling at the high school level.
- Obtain and maintain MHSA Coaching Education Program certification.
- Complete all required pre-employment checks including fingerprints and background checks.
