About The Position

StrataTech Education Group/RSI/Tulsa Welding is seeking an enthusiastic individual with excellent customer service and organizational skills, a caring and engaging personality, a pleasant and steadfast demeanor, and great communication skills for the "High School Admissions Coordinator" position. A positive attitude and great work ethic are essential. This role is challenging and requires hard work to overcome obstacles, but offers the reward of truly changing prospective students' lives. The High School Admissions Coordinator will report to the Director of High School Admissions.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel preferred).
Customer service experience.
Ability to pass a criminal history check and drug test.

Responsibilities

Conduct tours for walk-in High School students and their families.
Answer inbound telephone calls to ensure quality customer service for future students and families.
Place outbound calls to future students and families.
Receive and place outbound text messages to future students and families.
Strictly adhere to all processes and procedures set forth by state, federal, and company policies and regulations.
Generate daily and weekly call/text reports.
Adhere to all deadlines set forth by the Director of High School Admissions.
Assist team members, support admissions representatives, and other staff members as needed with excellent customer service.
