About The Position

StrataTech Education Group/RSI/Tulsa Welding is seeking an enthusiastic High School Admissions Coordinator with a caring and engaging personality, a pleasant and steadfast demeanor, and great communication skills. A positive attitude and great work ethic are essential for this challenging role where you will work hard and overcome obstacles to change prospective students' lives. This vital position reports into the Director of High School Admissions.

Requirements

High school or better
Microsoft Office skills preferred (Word, Excel)
Customer service experience

Responsibilities

Conduct tours for High School students & families that walk-in to the campus
Answer inbound telephone calls to ensure quality customer service from future students and families
Place outbound calls to future students and families
Receive inbound texts from future students and families
Place outbound text to future students and families
Strict adherence to all processes and procedures set forth by state, federal, and company policies and regulations
Daily and weekly generation of call/text reports
Adhere to all deadlines set forth by the Director of High School Admissions
Assist team members, support admissions representatives, and other staff members as needed with excellent customer service
