About The Position

Founded in 1971, Colorado Springs Christian Schools (CSCS) is one of Colorado’s leading Christian educational schools for grades K-12. CSCS is a private, non-denominational school accredited by the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) and the North North Central Association Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement (NCA CASI). CSCS exists to provide an excellent education from a Christ-centered, biblical perspective for lifelong service. Responsibilities

Answer telephones and greet all visitors with courtesy, professionalism and a Servant’s Heart
Respond to all new student inquiries with the goal of cultivating relationships with prospective families
Assist high school staff members in completing purchase orders and assist with classroom prep items as requested
Prepare high school communication for staff and families
Assist with CSCS communication as requested
Assist principal in reconciling campus budget
Schedule interviews for the high school leadership as needed
Maintain substitute teacher needs and requests through the substitute app system
Maintain office supply inventory
Assist campus principal with administrative tasks as requested
Frequent administrative tasks include data entry, copying, filing, etc.
Organize high school events including registration day, parent-teacher conference scheduling, and graduation
Willingness to step in where needed throughout a K-12 campus
Other duties as assigned
