High Fidelity Wraparound Coach/Trainer - UC Davis

Another Source, CA
$92,800 - $108,500Hybrid

About The Position

Another Source's client, UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education (CPE), is recruiting a High Fidelity Coach/Trainer to help shape the future of High Fidelity Wraparound implementation across the state of California. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing statewide initiative where you'll partner with counties, providers, and system leaders across the state to strengthen workforce capability, improve implementation fidelity, and ultimately improve outcomes for children, youth, and families. UC Davis strongly prefers candidates who are local or interested in working onsite in some capacity; however, remote arrangements may be considered for highly qualified candidates based on operational needs. Due to statewide travel requirements, candidates must reside within the state of California or within 75 miles of the California border. Travel throughout California is expected approximately 10–20%. This is a newly created position supporting the expansion of UC Davis' statewide Center of Excellence and the growing implementation of High Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) across California. If you've worked directly within the High Fidelity Wraparound model and have found yourself wanting a broader impact than serving one agency or county, this role offers the opportunity to influence implementation statewide. You'll coach providers, facilitate learning, partner with Fidelity Reviewers, interpret fidelity data, and help organizations turn insights into meaningful improvements. Rather than carrying a caseload, you'll help build the capacity of those delivering services every day. The Fidelity Coach/Trainer plays a critical role in strengthening workforce capacity and supporting provider agencies participating in the statewide BH-CONNECT initiative. This position combines coaching, technical assistance, facilitation, training, and implementation support to help agencies improve fidelity to the High Fidelity Wraparound model and drive positive outcomes for children, youth, and families. Working closely with Fidelity Reviewers and statewide partners, this individual will help translate fidelity data into meaningful action plans, guide providers through implementation challenges, and support long-term systems improvement efforts. This is an opportunity for someone passionate about child welfare, systems of care, coaching, and organizational development to make a measurable statewide impact.
