As a HBM Customer Systems Validation Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for system-level validation, failure analysis, characterization, and experimentation of customer systems. You will run and configure diagnostic software, build experiments, analyze and interpret data, craft custom tools (Hardware and Software), and present data to customers both inside and outside Micron. You will also provide technical customer integration support at customer locations, using an assortment of equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, signal generators, and multi-meters. Your role will involve working with customers and memory enablers like GPU manufacturers to achieve build wins and qualifications of Micron memory products in their applications. You will collaborate with other specialists within the HBM team, Product Engineering, FAE, Quality Assurance, and business unit teams. Additionally, you will apply diagnostics to reproduce original failures, collaborate with Product Engineering and Return Material Authorization (RMA), provide 8D or failure documentation for customer failure resolution, and develop and modify hardware that controls test parameters (i.e., temperature or voltage). Communicating results with multi-functional teams and customers is a key aspect of this position.
