About The Position

This position is available for the Hides/Tannery facility. The role involves processing Beef Hides and Pork Skins. Candidates must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation. This includes the ability to routinely push, pull, lift, and carry at least 80 lbs. The work environment can be extremely hot, cold, and wet. Attention: These positions may involve the use of a knife and hook to trim hides or to operate large pieces of equipment. All job offers are contingent upon the candidate's ability to provide proof of authorization to work legally in the United States and pass a urinalysis screening as part of the post-offer health assessment. Effective 01-02-2025, candidates who have previously worked for Tyson have an 180-day rehire waiting period and a 3-time rehire limit. Certain roles at Tyson require background checks. If offered a position requiring a background check, additional documentation will be provided.
