About The Position

This role requires the ability to work in any position within the Hides Department. The working conditions involve a wet/damp environment with temperatures exceeding 75 degrees Fahrenheit. The position demands the ability to lift at least 70 lbs and function effectively as part of a team.

Requirements

• Ability to work in any of the positions available in the Hides Department
• Working conditions are wet/damp with temperatures higher than 75 degrees
• Ability to lift at least 70 lbs
• Work as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Stand for extended periods on concrete/ elevated work platforms
• Tolerate hot/humid indoor working conditions- 75+ degrees
• Lift 80 lbs. repetitive motions
• Able to work required shift schedule – i.e. Monday thru Sunday and overtime hours
• Use required safety equipment
• Ascend/descend stairs, ladders, trucks, trailers, and tractors
• Walk on uneven/ unstable/ wet/ slippery surfaces
• Trimming, stacking, fisher, and flasher
