About The Position

Alvita Care is seeking HHAs or PCAs for per diem home health care in Westchester. We offer multiple shift options, including full-time, part-time, and per diem schedules. We have 6-12 hour day shifts available, with occasional overnights. Availability Monday-Friday is preferred, but weekend availability is a plus. Experience in Memory Care, Palliative Care, ADL, and transfers is a plus. The pay ranges from $19.65-$22 per hour, with weekly paychecks every Friday via direct deposit, debit pay card, or paper check.

Requirements

• Must have a valid HHA / PCA certificate in the state of New York.
• At least 1 year of verifiable experience.
• Must have updated medicals/vaccinations or be willing to obtain.
• Completed drug screen or completed Habituation Form.
• Must successfully complete Alvita Care process to accept cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide home health care as an HHA or PCA.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADL).

• Provide care for clients with Memory Care needs.
