About The Position
Join our team at Concepts of Health Care, Inc. We are hiring Certified Caregivers, Personal Care Aides, and Home Health Aides to provide one-on-one in-home care. Positions available: Full-Time, Part-Time, Shift, and Live-In. We are a licensed home care agency that provides in-home aide services to 11 counties in the capital district region. We were established in 1985.
Requirements
- Certified Personal Care Aide or Home Health Aide.
- Reliable transportation.
- Caring, dependable, good communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, mobility).
- Help with light housekeeping.
- Ensure client safety and proper equipment use.
- Document services accurately.

- Competitive pay: $18.70 - $28.05/hr (Live-In daily: $243 – $365 ).
