About The Position

Park Gardens, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for an HHA/CNAs to join our growing team! Park Gardens Senior Living is in Fergus Falls Minnesota across the street from Woodland Baptist Church on Skogmo Blvd. Our facility is 54 units a combination of Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care apartments. Our team is creative, fun, and most of all help our residents Age Magnificently, join our team today! Shifts Available: Part Time AM (7a-3p), Part Time PM (3p-11p), Full Time/Part Time NOC (11p-7a), every other weekend included. HHA Wage: $17-$22 per hour CNA Wage: $19-$24 per hour Shift Differential : $1.00 PM's, $2.00 for NOC 's Are you compassionate towards others? Are you passionate about enriching the lives of others? Requirements

Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
Strong interest in healthcare.
Positive, compassionate attitude.
Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Providing support to our residents with their personal care services
Provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
Assist with medication administration.
