Requirements

• Heart for caring
• CNAs are eligible for a $500 Sign-on Bonus after first 80 hours worked
• Frequent bending
• Driving may be required
• Strong communication, visual, and auditory abilities
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 20–50 pounds
• RNs, LPNs, CNAs, PCAs, HHAs, PCTs, MedTechs, Nurse Aides, Companions, PT Assistants, Nursing Students, and more are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Building meaningful relationships with clients and families
• Providing reliable and compassionate care
• Advocating for clients in community settings
• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and feeding
• Assisting with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), including light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation, and support with hobbies and interests
