About The Position

Assisting Hands Home Care provides compassionate, dependable in-home care that helps individuals remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes. This position requires a cleared Level 2 background check. Various days are available, with up to 30 hours per week. Interviews are held at 6251 Park Blvd #7, Pinellas Park, FL 33781.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of home care, senior care or hospitality experience (Caring for a loved one or friend may be considered as Caregiving Experience)
• Florida Level 2 Background Screening (if not, we can help you get started)
• Current CPR certificate
• High school graduate or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Personal Care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Conversation & companionship
• Light Housekeeping
• Meal preparation / medication reminders
• Some clients may require more care such as a Hoyer Lift, Dementia Care, etc.
