About The Position

Silver Lining Home Healthcare is hiring CNAs and HHAs for live-in opportunities providing in-home care in Wilmington and surrounding areas. Care is delivered one-on-one in a client's home, hospital, nursing home, or rehabilitation center. Care plans are tailored to each client, including those transitioning home from the hospital and those seeking companionship. Full-time and part-time live-in positions are available.

Requirements

• Current CNA or HHA certification, or completion of a Delaware CNA program.
• Open availability, including weekends.
• Physical exam and 2-step PPD/TSpot/FingerPrinting.
• Ability to lift, position, and transfer clients, and operate a Hoyer lift.
• Compassionate, respectful, and committed to excellent care.

Responsibilities

• Provide care according to each client's Plan of Care.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene.
• Operate a Hoyer lift.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Follow infection control procedures.
• Protect client privacy and confidential information.
