About The Position
Rosemount Senior Living at the Steeple Center, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a dedicated and passionate CNA/HHA to join our growing team. Rosemount Senior Living, located just north of downtown Rosemount and directly connected to the Steeple Center. Our beautiful 92-unit, apartment-style community provides Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Shifts Available: Full Time/Part Time PM (3pm-11pm), every other weekend included. HHA Wage : $17-$22 per hour CNA Wage: $19-$24 per hour Shift Differential: $1 PM, $2 Overnight Are you compassionate towards others? Are you passionate about enriching the lives of others? In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including: CNA’s and HHA’s provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity. Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care. Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care. Assist with medication administration.
