About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA's) and Home Health Aides (HHA's) to join their growing team throughout Cape Cod. They offer flexible schedules, paid training, and a $250 sign-on bonus. The agency is family-owned and committed to creating a positive work environment where caregivers can grow professionally while delivering exceptional care to clients in their homes. They are looking for individuals to work in various locations across Cape Cod, including Falmouth, Mashpee, Sandwich, Barnstable, Yarmouth, Dennis, Brewster, Orleans, Harwich, Chatham, Eastham, Wellfleet, Truro.

Requirements

• CNA or HHA certification preferred
• No experience required - training available
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
• Reliable transportation required

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities
• Support mobility, transfers, and safety awareness
• Prepare meals and assist with nutrition
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping and household tasks
• Assist with errands and grocery shopping
• Observe and report changes in client condition
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
