The herbarium intern will assist curators in upgrading OWU’s research collections, mounting and repairing specimens, and packing and sending specimens to other museums. This role involves the organization, care, and documentation of dried plant samples. Research collections of plants are shared among botanists globally to explore and document biological diversity. This internship prepares students for careers and advanced studies in plant science, museum and archive management, and data science.
