NaphCare is hiring Hemodialysis Registered Nurses (RNs) to join their team at the Two Rivers Correctional Institution in Umatilla, OR. Requirements
- Current, unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse in OR.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Hemodialysis Staff RN in a healthcare setting.
- Active BLS CPR Certification (American Heart Association preferred).
- Strong clinical assessment skills.
- Strong IV insertion skills.
- Strong medication administration skills.
- Strong emergency response skills.
- Understanding of renal physiology, causes and progression of kidney disease, and principles of hemodialysis.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary and/or confidential information.
- Integrity, professionalism, and ability to adhere to a Code of Conduct.
- Compliance with all facility(s) correctional healthcare policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Must pass the facility’s criminal background check and drug screening.
Nice To Haves
- Correctional healthcare experience preferred.
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or other relevant certifications may be preferred.
- Previous experience working in a correctional facility.
- Familiarity with security protocols and procedures.
