About The Position
Baptist Health Medical Oncology - LaGrange Infusion Pharmacy Services Southern Indiana/Louisville/LaGrange area Pharmacist II PRN Job Summary: Responsible for supervising and performing all pharmacy operations in accordance with accredited hospital policies and procedures, ethical and professional practices, The ACHC, and State and Federal requirements.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy with Bachelor of Science or Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
- Kentucky Pharmacist License
- Indiana Pharmacist License, or eligible
Nice To Haves
- Hospital and/or oncology experience preferred.
