About The Position
Baptist Health Medical Oncology - LaGrange Infusion Pharmacy Services is seeking a Pharmacist II PRN to join their team. This role is responsible for supervising and performing all pharmacy operations in accordance with accredited hospital policies and procedures, ethical and professional practices, The ACHC, and State and Federal requirements.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy with Bachelor of Science or Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
- Kentucky Pharmacist License
- Indiana Pharmacist License, or eligible
Nice To Haves
- Hospital and/or oncology experience preferred.
