Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology.
• External hires must pass a background check/drug screen.
• Qualified applicants with arrest and/or conviction records will be considered in a manner consistent with Federal, state and local laws.

Nice To Haves

• Eligible for Partnership of SCPMG after three consecutive years of full-time employment (six consecutive years of part-time employment).
• Experience in an urban or rural setting within Riverside County.
• Interest in leadership opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care as a Hematologist/Oncologist.
• Potentially transition to a Partner/Owner of SCPMG after meeting employment criteria.
• Participate in voting rights on organizational decisions if a Partner/Owner.
