About The Position
Responsible for executing helper duties to assist assigned crew.
Requirements
- 3 years industrial construction/maintenance experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Direct vehicles to available parking spaces using hand signals or signage to optimize the use of space and maintain a flow of traffic.
- Monitor parking lots for unauthorized vehicles, violations of parking regulations, or any suspicious activities.
- Maintain a clean and safe parking lot by picking up litter, reporting maintenance issues, and ensuring adequate lighting in the parking area.
- Conduct regular inspections of the parking lot to identify and address potential safety hazards.
- Report accidents, or damage to vehicles or property to management.
- Work closely with security personnel, management, and other staff to ensure the smooth operation of the parking lot.
